Minority Students get Scholarships

Maulana Azad Education Foundation is giving scholarships to the minority girls who are from economically background families.

The people who are from different religions include Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddha, Jain, Parshi religions will be given scholarships through the Begum Hazarath Mahal National Scholarship.

Eligibility:

For this academic year, students who are currently studying from 9th class to Intermediate or 12th are entitled to apply for it.

Students must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their previous class.

Families’ Annual income shouldn’t be more than Rs. 2 lakhs.

Scholarship:

Students who are currently studying in IX and X or 9th class and 10th class will be given Rs. 5000/- amount.

Students who are studying XI and XII or Intermediate First Year and Intermediate Second Year will be given Rs. 6000/- amount.

Key Information:

In a money transaction, the total scholarship amount will be credited into the elected female students’ bank account.

No need to pay for applying.  

The School verification form should be downloaded from the given website and filled in either Hindi / English language. Required identity proof certificates should be scanned and uploaded on the website.

Santoor giving a helping hand to Students

Indias’ second third-largest IT firm and Santoor soap manufacturing organization Wipro offer scholarships to the students who are economically poor.  

To encourage the female students who very often make school dropouts due to their poor financial background and not be able to afford for higher studies, Wipro Consumers Care and Wipro care together helping them in terms of financially.

It’s started from the 2016 – 2017 academic years onwards. Every year 900 students are from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka states are given a scholarship. 

Overall 3600 students in the last four years have been excelling in studies without any hurdles in terms of finance.  Students are chosen on the basis of their academic excellence.

Eligibility:

Students must have been studying SSC or 10th class and Intermediate in government schools. 

The girl students who belong to Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh states are only eligible to avail of this scholarship.  For the 2019 – 20 academic year, Inter or equal related courses should have done. 

Students should have joined any bachelor’s degree for the 2020 – 21 academic year.

Scholarship:

The scholarship amount Rs. 2000/- will be given to the selected girls every month. The assured amount will be credited into their account directly.

The scholarship amount can be utilized for tuition fees,  books, and other facilities. Those who are pursuing after intermediate can make use of this opportunity.
