The resource for the A.P.Chief Minister Relief Fund is gathered by voluntary donations from any person viz., Government employees, quasi government employees, bank-insurance employees, NRIs, various service organizations, industrialists, artists or writers etc., and the very aim of the fund is to provide immediate relief to the people in distress.

The Donations made to the A.P.Chief Minister’s Relief Fund is eligible for 100% exemption from income-tax under section 80G of the Income-Tax Act, 1961 (PAN NO – AAA GAO 132Q). The donations may be sent to O/o Assistant Secretary to Chief Minister, CMRF Division, 1 st Block, A.P.Secretariat, Velagapudi, Guntur District through Cheque or Demand Drafts along with the beneficiary details like Name and Address of the Donor, Phone Number to contact, email address and purpose of donation etc., to generate acknowledgment for income tax benefits.

Who are Not Eligible?

  1. Salaried Employees or Government Employees are not eligible to apply
  2. If the claim is already covered in any Insurance plan, then you are not eligible

    Documents Required To Apply for CM Relief Fund AP

    Following documents are required to apply Online for AP CM Relief fund in case of any medical emergency or LOC. Also, applicants have to submit the constituency declaration form along with the below documents.

    1. Aadhar Card,
    2. Copy of Ration Card or Income Certificate from Meeseva,
    3. Bank Pass Book Copy
    4. Copy of Bank Barcode,
    5. Copy of Voter ID,
    6. Physician’s Report

    LOC (Letter of Credit)

    1) Essentiality Certificate,
    2) Emergency Certificate,
    3) Report for evidence,
    4) Declaration from the Hospital that the treatment should be done through Letter of Credit.

    Medical Relief

    Applicants who would like to apply for Medical Relief can apply in the 100 days after discharge from hospital.
    1) Original Discharge Summary
    2) Original IP Final Bill
    3) All Payment receipts to Hospital in Original
    4) Consolidated list of all bills enclosed.
