Aakasam Movie Review: While Telugu films are less popular than Tamil movies, Ashok Selvan has established himself as a household name. Pizza 2: Villa and Thegidi, two of his Telugu films that he directed, both fared reasonably well at the box office. Critics appreciated the movie Ninnila Ninnila after its DIRECT OTT debut. His most recent films, “Aakasam” in Telugu and “Nitham Oru Vaanam” in Tamil, both earned rave reviews and were simultaneously shot. Let’s examine the film more closely to determine whether Ashok Selvan was successful in appealing to the Telugu public and advancing his career.

Movie Verdict
In “Aakasam,” a protagonist who has been going through a tough patch eventually discovers love, overcomes adversity, and learns what it is to live. Similar stories can be seen in the Telugu films Na Autograph Beautiful Memory, Premam, and Thank You. The audience will enjoy and be able to relate to many of the amusing and poignant passages in Aakasam. In every scene they are in together, Aparna Balamurali and Ashok Selvan deliver outstanding performances. Aakasam, the previous sequences starring Ritu Varma and Shivatmika Rajasekhar, were more captivating.
Telugu fans are sure to be astonished by Ashok Selvan’s acting skills given that his character undergoes so many transformations throughout the course of the movie. He stood out not just for his appearance but also for the way he carried himself. The role of Aparna Balamurali and her performance are both excellent. The audience will like Aparna’s parts and will never forget her performance. Ritu Varma has played similar roles before, therefore her character is very standard. While Telugu acting has advanced, Shivatmika Rajasekhar still has a ways to go before her talent is completely recognised.
Aakasam is logical from a technology standpoint. Beautiful and evocative, Gopi Sundar’s score and melodies are the ideal accompaniment to the movie’s images. Behind the camera, director Vidhu Ayyanna performed a terrific job. He had a superb sense of composition and knew how to pick photos that would draw us in by showcasing the unspoiled beauty of the places he travelled. It’s probable that removing some of the longer portions might have improved the editing. The plot and the excellent calibre of the movie’s production go along perfectly.
Ra. The director, Karthik, tried to convey the highs and lows of human emotion on camera, but he mostly failed because many of the sequences were reused from earlier movies that dealt with related subjects.
Aakasam is a great movie that entertains viewers while also teaching them many valuable lessons. You might forgive the movie’s minor flaws and evident plagiarism if you care about the characters and are moved by the acting.
