Shiva (Madhavan) comes to her elder sister (Anu Hassan) in Hyderabad from his home place to Hyderabad to complete his graduation. He loves a girl he has seen on the road and does everything he can to impress her. Her name is Priya (Mira Jasmine). After many incidents, Priya (Mira Jasmine) also falls in love with him. But the catch is that his brother (Atul Kulkarni) is a notorious gangster in the city and will not leave anyone following his sister. Meanwhile, Lord Shiva responds and defeats the supporters of Gangster. Then the battle between the lover and the girl’s problems begins. The rest of the story tells how the lover wins the battle.
