Story:
In Bhagavanth Kesari, Balakrishna plays an incarcerated criminal who develops a connection with CI Srikanth, the jailor (Sharath Kumar). Kesari makes friends with the jailor after he assists officials in controlling a violent outburst. Kesari’s mother, who is dying and hoping to see her son one final time, is visited by the jailor. The jailor’s employment is temporarily suspended for breaking the rules.
On July 4th, Kesari is released from prison. He chooses to spend some time with the jailor and his daughter Vijji, who has become very attached to him, before leaving permanently. The jailor dies in an accident and leaves Kesari in charge of the youngster while he is on his way back to work at a different location.
